How We Fulfill Orders 4Colorway is an online fashion boutique that works with trusted third-party suppliers to fulfill orders. When you place an order, it is sent directly to our supplier partners who pick, pack, and ship your items. We do not hold inventory ourselves.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take a few additional days.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–20 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to activate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@fourcolorway.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
